Credit repair

I got deeper and deeper into these payloan debts even to the point of borrowing money from other pdl lenders to cover pdl payments. I barely have nothing left on my paycheck and am unable to pay my other bills. I have a total of 7 payday loans and every week I am paying interest on them as I cannot afford to pay the principal. I am thinking of closing my bank account and would just call each one of them to see if I can make payment arrangements with them. Right now, my weekly paycheck is almost the same total amount the lenders will debit from my direct deposit every week.

I live in Missouri and have 3 storefront payday loans ( Quick Cash, Check Into Cash, and Ace Cash Express ) that I just cannot afford to payback. Every two weeks I pay the minimum and they are just recycling and never ending and I am having trouble paying necessary bills. What can I do and what are the consequences if I do not pay them back and close my bank account.

I recently had a pay day loan collector threaten me to pay them. Which I did but this pay day loan was over five years ago. I think that I have another one but do not know for sure. I look on my credit report and nothing shows up. Five years ago I went through a bad divorce and lost my job. I really forgot about this pay day loans until I got the phone call last week. How do I find out if I owe any other pay day loan? What are the statues in Louisiana?

I have four outstanding pdl loans. It was quiet for months. Now I have heard from two of them in the past three days. Is there something that triggers them to start up after a long period of no calls? I tried to talk to the one today, but he would not listen.

I live in WA and have pay day loans with 4 companies. One called me today and threatened me to have me served at my work. I asked them not to contact me at work. They also said that i could be in trouble since I seem to have taken the pay day loan out with no intention to pay it back. How could they possibly prove intention? What do I do?

I took a $1500 loan with Western Sky which of course was sold to Cash Call. I owe only $500 now on the principle. Has anyone had any luck dealing with them? If so how did you do it. I have no problem making payments to pay back the amount of principal that I owe but not the high interest.

I have 4 payday loans...I have paid them more than what I borrowed and I live in the state of KY. I closed my account and have tried to communicate with them to make arrangements. I sent them letters and now they are telling me I have to abide by their state laws and have to pay the balance in full no matter what. Great Sky Cash, Bottom Dollar Payday, Fast Cash, Integrity Advance. Any Suggestion?

I took out a loan from Cash in a Wink and had to close my bank account due to someone trying to hack it. I called them and told them the loan payment would be late. They were horrible with harassing phone calls. I asked them not to call my work and they said they did not fall under the same fair credit rules or guidelines so they could call and harass any time they wanted to. Is that true. They keep adding these charges that I don't owe.

I have a 200 dollar payday loan through principal beacon but I can't find their contact number.
