I currently have 3 PDLs with:
Bank of Delaware
National payday loan
My cash now
I cannot afford to pay these folks at this time. However, they keep trying to debit my account. Every time they do, my bank (BofA) charges me $35 and the PDL charges me $30. This is quickly becoming a very ugly cycle. I currently reside in Arizona. Can anyone give me a little advice?

should I communicate through email?

I have several payday loans that are causing me to slowly drown in debt. After reading some information on this site it seems to me that unless the company is licensed in NH (where I reside) they are not legal. Is this correct? If I call the companies and state that are they likely to provide me with paid in full letters or should I only be communicating with them through email/physical letter?
The loans are as follows:
Alpine Direct - Loan: 200 Withdrawn: 480
SSM Group LLC - Loan:250 Withdrawn: 600
VIP Loan Shop - Loan:400 Withdrawn: 540

My ex boyfriend moved out and took the Ninja motorcycle. it is in both of our names and is paid in full. he took the title and wont let me sign it so he can get a new title in just his name. How do I get him to let me sign the title and have him get a new title? I am carrying the insurance on it, and since we aren't together anymore, I really want to be completely done with him. If I drop the insurance and he doesn't pick it up, my ins told me that I could be sued. Please help!!

No plans to release new bank account info

I have opened a new bank account to prevent the illegal pdl's from hitting my account. I obviously have no plans to release my new bank account info to them but what about the legal lenders that will negotiate a repayment plan with me? Is it okay to give them my new account info? I'm in Texas by the way if it makes any difference. Thanks, this place is really helpful.
