Has anyone heard of “International Assest Group†collection agency? I received a call from a process server stating that I will be served on the 25th of this month if I don't contact International Assest Group at 1-877-256-4508.
I have about 10 payday loans out right now. I have had to close my checking account due to not being able to pay my home bills. As of today I received a call from one of the payday loan places stating that they are going to have me arrested if I don't pay them now. I live in north carolina. Can they do this???? Help!!!!!!!!!!!
Are PDL's legal in PA? I am currently struggling with payment on PDL's and need to move off of them. I am willing to pay back the principle, and probably have more than 1X at this point, with the interest payments.Listed below are amounts borrowed and paid to date. Thanks for your help

I live in florida and took out several payday loans I could not pay back. I closed my account to keep from having anymore money debited from my account. I am now getting a call from a man that says he is from a law office and they had pending charges against me for check fraud and were going to send information to my HR dept at work and have me arrested either at my home or work. Can they do that and can I be charged.
I have gotten into the payday loan cycle and I am really stressing out trying to figure out how to get out of it. I am paying about 800.00 per month to just stay above water. I live in Nebraska and I have 8 of them right now. They are all storefront except one is online. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get out of this trap?
I received a call from crs legal services who says they are going to process and charge me for fraud for not paying two payday loans. I closed out my account because it had over 1000 in nsf charges from internet payday loans trying to hit it. I live in texas and if I am not mistaken the loan companies are in texas. can I be arrested?
I am about to get lots of calls from payday lenders who I am unable to pay. I have signed up with a settlement agency but I need to handle my creditors until they step in. Can someone offer me a dialogue in dealing with these companies on the phone. I live in Missouri.
I just received a call from a law office. They are trying to collect from a payday loan from 2008. The company was US Fast Cash Payday Loans. They said the amount that I owe is $1,506.43. I only borrowed $400.00. I was told if I did not pay they will start proceeding and could go to jail for Fraud. She said they would file an ADR? I am in Florida. I have three kids and can not go to jail. Can they really arrest me?
I got to know that i am entilted to a free credit report online, but couldn't get to see my score. I have found that services like 'freecreditreport.com' are in reality, not free. I wanted to know of a service that would provide me with a credit score once a year. Or are we entilted to just the reports?
