I just got a call on my cell phone that was very fuzzy and hard to understand - also the person had an Indian-type accent. It sounded like he said he was from Mike SCHMIDT Company - and that the government was putting my SSN and address on hold since I am under investigation. And to call him back at 561-953-1166 or he would be forced to start legal actions against me. I know it is a load of crap - but I wanted to find out if anyone knows this number. I did a search for it on here and on google and came up with nothing.
I owe about 5 different pay day loan companys but can only pay one off at a time what do I do? I have already closed the account and everything just need to now what to do, I can only pay one off at a time.

I have been receiving calls from a collector that states he is a legal officer with the collection company(this debt is for a payday loan). He said that yesterday he was going to put my name in the paper and send collection agents to my house! He would not send me anything in writing even though he has my address!! Is this legal? what can I do?
Has anyone gotten any calls from a man claiming to be a lawyer working with 500 fast cash to sue? And that you had a court date scheduled and you needed to pay your full balance right away or you were going to go to jail.
I sent a certified C&D letter via mail to Ameriloan and CMG Group and both came back as return to sender. I'm constantly receiving emails and calls and the balance is getting higher and higher and I don't know what to do next to make them stop and to settle for the principal amount only.
My wife took out a federal plus loan out for my son.She electronically signed my name. She has passed on and I never realized it because she handled all the finances. I'm currently unemployed, the loan was to begin on October 2013 but I was able to defer it until december2014 because my son is still in school. I'm barely making ends meet now. I have no clue on how I'll be able to pay the loan

I have unfortunately 4 payday loans that I need to consolidate. Should I let them go to collections and then use a debit consolidation company to pay them off? Credit is poor so I can't find a loan to pay them off. Any suggestions on a company that will loan $2000-$3000 with poor credit?
Anyone ever get any strange phone calls from 352-390-2183? I got 2 calls today, have no idea who this number belongs to. The caller sounds like he is on a computer line (loud humming on line) has a thick accent and deep voice. According to some research the number is out of Gainesville, Florida. Apparently, some kind of scam masquerading as law enforcement maybe?
