PayDay One is a subsidiary of ThinkCash, Inc. - $1000.00 I owe $1231.58
I live in Texas and am falling further and further behind. I have thought about closing my account with Chase. What should I do? Any help would be very much appreciated.

This is a email that I received from Magnum Cash Advance.
Your account is being forwarded to a national collection agency. If you do not respond to their attempts to contact you, your default will be reported to the major credit bureaus (Experian, Transunion, and Equifax), which will severely impair your ability to obtain credit in the future.

I responded by telling them they could not put this on my credit report and that they are illegal in NC according to the Attorney General's office and ask for their license to operate in NC. Did I do right?

Planning on putting a stop pay on it

I have a loan coming due on Friday from zip19.com for $900. $750 for the loan and $150 in fees. I keep getting loans and have paid them a lot more than the $700. I know they are illegal in OH. I cannot afford to pay this on Friday. I cannot close my bank account yet. I'm planning on putting a stop pay on it until I can get my account closed next week. I'm wondering if they will keep trying to send it through or what they might do? Also, should I send my revoke ACH letter before I do the stop pay? Any advice on how to handle this?

More than covers the amount that I borrowed

I got a call from someone with national credit adjusters, saying they are collecting for two payday loans I had with VIP Loan Shop and with Ameriloan. I live in NY. I spoke with both of these places and went over with them what I had paid in fees and payments and it more than covers the amount that I borrowed. What do I tell the collection agency? This was from back in 2012 and they just called me yesterday, any chance I should try and get a paid in full email from the two pdl's?
