I live in Florida and I have an internet loan with Cash net USA for 1300.00. The interest is killing me and it still hasn't paid down the loan. Now the loan is on default because I'm unable to pay them without putting myself in financial hardship. What can I do to get the roll overs stopped and just pay on the loan?
We are slowly bringing ourselves to the surface from PDLs. After being on unpaid maternity leave and being sick for 2 months, we had to do something to keep our home from foreclosing. So we took out PDLs, b/c we thought that was our only option. By reading, I can tell they illegal in MD, but what do you do about it? I lose at least $800 a month just to them for interest.
Does anyone know if 500fastcash is legal in Arizona? I took a loan out over the loan but now have read reports where they are a company that will keep taking money from you after the loan should be paid off.
I need help on how to pay off online payday loans. I live in Mississippi and I have so many that they were consuming my paycheck. Changed banks and the other account is over $1,000 in the negative and they still are trying to send debits through. The companies that I am dealing with is

I have several loans in Delaware, I cannot pay them back, is there any criminal action taken in Delaware? All of the companies are internet base.

SSM group and a group called DFI has deposited money into my account. I've no recall of even applying for a payday loan with these people or e-signing any paperwork. Should I pay them back? or close my accounts and inform them I will mail them there money back?
I have a few payday loans that I applied for on line. I have been paying renewal fees that are way over the amount I actually borrowed. I have tried to work with this company but they could care less. Can any way send me or show me where I can find pennsylvania rules on fees and how long a loan can be taken, rollovers etc. I have collectors calling me threatening me telling me I am committing fraud. They even called my job and told the manager unless I made arrangement they would have the police come to get me what can I do. I closed my account but they are still harassing me.
Is anyone familiar with MW Marketing also known as E Dollars Direct? I have a payday loan with them for $300 and they've extended my loan 7 times,and when I called regarding this, their response was you are supposed to call 3 days prior to renewal to pay down the balance which I had no knowledge of. Is the legal? I live in NJ and I've paid them $630 dollars already.
