I need help on how to pay off online payday loans. I live in Mississippi and I have so many that they were consuming my paycheck. Changed banks and the other account is over $1,000 in the negative and they still are trying to send debits through. The companies that I am dealing with is
Loan Point USA $400
Plain Green $500
Ameriloan $300
United Cash Loan $300
Please let me know if there is any way to make payment arrangements to clear this up. I am in worse than I was before I got myself into this mess.

All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You are required to pay them only the borrowed amount, no interest, no fees. Ask them for the refund, if you have already overpaid them. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Don’t worry mate...they can’t do anything.

the OP already said they switched banks, but they must deal with the old bank eventually.now how much was debited by each thus far as the poster above correctly pointed out you only owe the principle.example:

you borrowed 400 from loan point.they debit 105.00 three times.you only owe 85.00.now the illegal lender will claim you not only still owe the 400.00,but fees and interest.do not believe a thing any of these places say as they are illegal and know it.thety just want you to keep paying.
