Although applying for loans is very hard, many companies are providing good services to the people just to pay back the money. The loan can only be a good way for seeking opportunities and fulfilling the desires but it will become a frustration if the borrower will not pay the money in time.
A pre foreclosure or pre-foreclosures is the term used for homes that have been scheduled for a foreclosure sale but have not yet gone to auction or been sold off. Often times this period of time can range from anywhere from a month to a year, depending on the customs and laws of the state or county. Just because they have not yet been sold off does not mean they cannot be purchased, as many home owners look to sell their home before a foreclosure sale takes place
I have just received a copy of a lawsuit, filed by a CA attempting to collect on unpaid credit card account. Is it too late for me to ask for a debt validation letter.
Hello, I am doing debt validation for my fiance, and he received a response for the debt validation in question. The response seems to simply be a print out of what is include in the debt and the total amount; it looks like a printout, but it does not provide proof that he owes the collection agency this amount and not the original creditor. Should I send them another letter asking them to show such proof, or does what they send satisfy the debt validation?
My parents took out a loan while I was still a minor (in high school) preparing for college. They cosigned for the loan in my name and agreed that even though it was in my name that they would pay the balance. Now that I have graduated, my father (who is basically in charge of their finances) is attempting to force me to pay the bill.
I found my dream home. I am a first time buyer with bad credit scores...573,514, and 545...affording the home is not a problem they say...its my scores(most of it due to inquirys). I only have four creditors on it , the highest for 800.00, but they tell me even if I pay them it still takes time for my credit score to go up and there is no guarantee the house will be there 6 months to a year.
Hi everyone,

Question about wage garnishment. I just received a letter from Daniel N. Gordon saying that they had sent a letter to my employment about wage garnishment. I am an independent contractor and get paid monthly. This company has corporate headquarters in MA. I don't know what to do, my husband just lost his job and I found out I'm pregnant and we can't afford to lose any income. Can they garnish my wages and how much? I know that in oregon it's 25% but than I am reading elsewhere that if you are an IC they can take the whole paycheck. Is that possible? What if that's all you have to live on?
