I found my dream home. I am a first time buyer with bad credit scores...573,514, and 545...affording the home is not a problem they say...its my scores(most of it due to inquirys). I only have four creditors on it , the highest for 800.00, but they tell me even if I pay them it still takes time for my credit score to go up and there is no guarantee the house will be there 6 months to a year. Are there any lenders, with proof of payment to these companies , that would overlook the score for the proof I paid them, and just do it on the strength of the score will go up, now that the debts are paid? The house is only 34,900...and even though they say its in an area thats coming up...it is really the north central area of north philadelphia.
