Trying to find out where I find if a company is licensed to make payday loans in Georgia? I have 3 companies I want to check on.

I have 3 pdls- Great Plains, Green Plain and Western Sky- I have been told so many different things and I am not sure what to do. Close my account and send them a notice of intent (pay what I can afford) do these tribal so called business's have a legal right to sue me?

Have online payday loans out and can't keep up with the payments. I've closed my account that they debit but I need help with how to handle them until I am able to make the payments. Are the following lenders legal in Ohio and if not, how should I handle them? Will they try to garnish my wages?

Are any of these legal in my state or should I follow your process for getting rid of them. I have paid them each about 70 to 90 dollars for about two months straight every two weeks but I was under the impression that was a fee and not actually paid on the principal. Is there something that can be done? Please help!

Just wondering if anyone else received a call from these people. I had 3 missed calls onto cell and then had a call at work, which I stupidly answered. It was a Middle Eastern man stating he was with Baker and McKenzie law firm. That there was a law suit pending against me and he wanted me to hold and speak with the attorney so he could explain it to me. At this point I hung up. Just wondering if anyone else is getting these calls?

I am getting call from a 877 and 866 number stating they are a process server for state and I need to call them asap or they and the authorities will be serving me at my place of work or home and if they can not find me then they will add that to my charges. What the heck? Do I call them or forget it, they have home, number, cell number, and work number and are calling me on all 3 of them.

I have 3 internet loans. I live in Nevada. Someone help please. The loans are:

I cannot pay these off. They are taking 380 in interest every two weeks that means 760 a month. Are these illegal in my state? I know they have to be licensed in Nevada.

I have just found out that payday loans in NY are illegal. I am will to pay the principal, but I have already paid triple the principal.

How many times can a judgment be renewed in Alaska?

Hello everybody:

I was sued by cc. They got a default judgment. I found out when they started garnishing my wages. I filed motion to dismiss judgment and also garnish wages exemption. I went in front of judge to discuss the claim of exemption and I got it. Then after a while i received an order of dismissal that the court requested for lack of prosecution. They requested the plaintiff to respond in 48 hours and they didn't so the case was dismissed. does this mean the judgment is voided since case was dismissed?
