I have a payday loan with discount advance.com and need help. I live in Kentucky and the payday loan was originally for $400 - it's now up to $530 and I’ve paid interest on it several times. What do I do? I cannot pay it back at least not at the rate I’m going. Interest and fees are killing me.

I live in California. I have internet pdl’s with the following companies:
One Click Cash- loan $500, paid $150.
United cash Loan- loan $400, no payment yet.
Advantage Cash Loan – loan $400, paid $120
Other than closing my account and making payment arrangements, how do I start the process of dealing with them?

Keep demanding payments.

I need some advice. I have several pdl's and found they are not licensed in OH where I reside. 2 are off shore companies. Loans were for 400$, I have paid at least 600$ on them each. I faxed letters stating I found they are illegal in my state and I only owe principle. I feel the debt has been fulfilled. Does this sound like I did the right thing? What to do next because they are not cooperating. Keep demanding payments.

A emergency room bill from 2010 that I was unaware of because I was told I qualified for the assistance program of this charity Catholic hospital. I never heard a thing again about it until May 28th 2013. (on credit karma) Apparently this medical bill was turned over to a collection agency on May 24th 2013 then they did a hard inquire on May 28th 2013.(just 4 days later with no notice to me, even though all my contact info is as it was when I went to ER in 2010????) Dropping my 2 years of extremely slow and HARD earned measly credit score of low average to VERY POOR!
