Has anyone ever dealt with Silver Cloud Financial or Mobiloans? I want to send them ACH revocation letters but I am nervous about it. I am in Mississippi and have heard from a previous post that these online companies aren't licensed here. I just do not know how they will respond.

Currently have 4 pdl's and I am in NC (100% illegal in my state). I paid more than the principles on all 4 loans and asked for a refund of my overpayment. Can I threaten them to seek a lawyer to recover overpayment from my previous loans, if the do not refund me on my current loans? Talking about $3000, I have over paid in principles over 2 years.

Willing to accept principal balance

I live in PA and have a pdl with White Hills Cash. I owe them $355 principal balance. I sent them an email using the template. They are willing to accept the principal balance but want it in one lump sum payment. They are saying that they are not bound by PA or any state laws. They told me to do my research on sovereign enterprises. They said they will not accept the payment plan I made and that if I do not pay the lump sum they are going to report me to check data systems. They said I was willing to accept the money in one lump sum it is only fair to pay back in one lump sum.

No mention of a refund

I had a loan with Plain Green and thanks to this site I discovered it was illegal in my state. (Ohio) I sent them a letter and explained to them that I wanted my account settled in full and that the $600 I overpaid to be refunded to me due to the fact they were illegal. I received a response and they said my loan is considered paid in full but there was no mention of a refund. Do I keep asking them for the refund or do I just walk away with a very expensive lesson learned?

I need help. In a bind I took out a loan with Great Plains. I've paid 2 of 12 payments. I've been doing some research and it looks like loan companies are supposed to be licensed in Alabama to operate. Trying to figure out what to do next? Am I legally bound by this contract? How do I address this with Great Plains? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Receiving relentless phone calls at home

I was scammed by the mass street group and closed my account to keep them from taking any more money out of my account than they already had. Since then I have been receiving relentless phone calls at home and at work saying they have important documents they need to fax to me. I have now been getting phone calls from a personal locator saying he is coming to my place of employment to present me with these documents that are notifying me of my claim against me and my criminal charges. My question is what can I do about this and is it legal in any way. Should I call the sheriffs dept.?

I live in Ohio and I have 3 pdls that are taking my whole paycheck now. Western Sky which was sold to Cash Call, Plain Green and Great Plains Lending. What can I do? They don't want to work with me to lower my payments. I feel so helpless. I work my butt off to earn my paycheck and all it goes to is fee for the pdl. My check is not even paying the loan down just the darn fees.

Only responsible for principal

I am a bit confused, though. I live in Kansas and have several pdl's. I am current on all of them, but drowning. I have Plain Green Loans and Great Plains Lending (installment). Are these illegal in Kansas? I read that if they are, I am only responsible for principal? If I could get the interest stopped, I could pay off quicker. I also have Cash Net USA, Speedy Cash, Mobi loans which are open ended lines of credit. I think these are all legal. I am not trying to get out of paying these, but am considering closing my bank account and defaulting so that I can work out payments plans.

How to remove late payment inquiry from credit report

I have two late payments on my credit report and risk level is high. I haven't notified about the bill and I keep moving from one state to another for job. The two medical bills have been paid in full over phone today which is past due for the past 15 months. How can I request the Collection Agent to remove these inquiries from my credit report as it long for seven years and moreover my credit score is getting reduced each month and now it is below average. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated .
