I live in the state of Georgia. I have 6 payday loans at present. One company has taken so many interest payments out that they have probably taken twice what I owe. What is a good legitimate company in Georgia that could help me consolidate these?
I have a loan with Western Sky who sold it to Cash Call, a very very high interest rate. I heard that they send false wage garnishment papers to your place of work and was wondering if anyone has ever heard of this and if they do what can be done about it?
I sent a debt validation letter to collections agency. They are now asking for further identifying information. Asked for my SSN, name of original creditor, creditor's account/reference number and billing address.
I don't have any of the above and I sure am not giving them my social. What can I do?
I'm thinking of sending a letter back stating I don't have any of that info and I'm not giving out my SSN.

Are any of these legal in my state or should I follow your process for getting rid of them. I have paid them each about 70 to 90 dollars for about two months straight every two weeks but I was under the impression that was a fee and not actually paid on the principal. Is there something that can be done?
I received a call from Audubon Financial on the behalf of Cash Net. I paid but now they won't send me a confirmation that I did. Every time I call and ask they give me excuses. What's should I do?
