In a bind I took out a loan with Great Plains. I've paid 2 of 12 payments. I've been doing some research and it looks like loan companies are supposed to be licensed in Alabama to operate. Trying to figure out what to do next. Am I legally bound by this contract? How do I address this with Great Plains? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I live in Ohio and I have 3 pdl that are taking my whole paycheck now. Western Sky which was sold to Cash Call, Plain Green and Cash something else. What can I do. They don't want to work with me to lower my payments. I feel so helpless. I work my butt off to earn my paycheck and all it goes to is fee for the pdl. My check is not even paying the loan down just the darn fees.

Tribal loan is not governed by state law

If you received a loan from Western Sky and all documentation signed was with the name Western Sky and now transferred to Cash Call is this loan legal in the state of Florida. I personally don't think so since a tribal loan is not governed by state law, how can they transfer to Cash Call. I believe they are trying to get around the lender laws in Florida because of the rates of interest they charge. Can they go after you for non payment since western sky is the originator of the loan?

I have the loans through United Cash Loans,Everest Cash Advance, Sure Advance and cash direct Express. I was wondering if there is a sample letter to request payments. These are all set to take out finance charges again on Friday.

I got an online payday loan from Pay Day One, which I believe is legal in Ohio. At the time I took the loan, they were permitted to do business in Ohio. I have paid around $380 in interest on a $500 loan. I want to pay back the loan but need a payment plan. Any advice on working with the debt collector to get this done properly?

Only resolution is to keep paying

I have 3 payday loans- Ameriloan, Hydra Fund and Plain Green, that keep hitting me up every week for funds that I don't have... it basically drains my paycheck and then some. I live in Illinois. I do not know how to end this cycle. I have tried to call each lender and they tell me the only resolution is to keep paying the interest or pay it off in full. I fear that this is going to drive me to living on the streets. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
