Can I sue for over-garnishment of wages?

I live in the state of Maryland. My wages have been garnished by a law firm on behalf of Capital One for a credit card bill. The judgement was paid in full on Sept 10th. The law firm collecting the garnishment confirmed the judgment satisfaction by email and a letter. They also filed a writ with the court to stop the garnishments on Sept 21. Even though I paid them off, my check was garnished for $435 again later that week. I live paycheck to paycheck and have only $300 in savings. This garnishment has turned my financial situation from bad to worse.

disability garnishment

My ex works for FEDEX and he purchased a disability policy from them. It covers if anything happened to him that would prevent him from flying. He has stopped paying child support and the judge issued a income deduction order to the insurance company paying the claim. They are refusing to pay because of their bylaws that state the policy cannot be garnished or assigned. However I cannot find any federal law that says disability that is not Social Security Disability can be protected from garnishment. Is anyone familiar with this?

Okay here's what happened, I was involved in a car accident, I was not at fault. Went to see chiropractor, and racked up a bill, turned out the person that hit us, did not have insurance. Okay, so I sued them, we won, but hadn't a clue that just because I won, I'd get paid. Alright, so I waited it out, the chiropractic office sent the bill to collections, I let them know that I was still waiting, well they went ahead and took the bill to court.

I have tons of inquires on my credit report, something like fifty. Some from myself and other from god knows where. I'm guessing they belong to my son using me as a cosigner when he couldn't get credit on his own, which he denies still to this day. What can I do to get these remove from my report.
