I found on my credit reoprt a collection agency that has an old utility bill ($125 dollar gas bill) of mine from 2009. No one has ever tried to collect this money from me. (it is out of sol anyway right?) If I just pay it, do I still have to wait until 2016 for this to fall off!?
I have 2 payday loans and live in Arkansas. The interest payments are killing me and I don't want to cause any NFS charges or get in trouble if I close my account. I am just trying to get out of these horrible finance charges. One company I used is usfastcash.com and the other one is ameriloan.com.
I have 4 payday loans in new jersey im told they are illegal and im only responsible for the principal balance but i look at other forums and they say that this is not true who is telling me the truth here because i just closed my account stopped the ach debits and am on to the next step of contacting them someone please clue mean in on whats next!!!!
I took out a loan with zip19 late last year and due to some other bills I had made no payments. Just last week, the payroll mgr of our company asked about a request she got from them with my agreement of voluntary wage garnishment. Fortunately, she said she won't do anything unless I let her know. Can I stop them for garnishing my payroll?
I currently have a PDL from loan shop online. I live in Iowa and borrowed 500 and have paid over 1200! They have no website, but I emailed them and ask for one to check my account and they responsed with they do not have one. Not sure how I got the loan, just remember it was a phone call I received. Are they legal in Iowa!!
Can I file bankruptcy on payday loans? What about the triabal ones? do they have to abide by the rules?

I am trying to find out information for a pay day loan company called red leaf lending. I have a loan with them for 600.00 and have overpaid them 1200. I know what steps I need to take, just need help finding these people and finding out who they are I can not find anything about them, where they are located, who backs them etc.... I am from NJ and have this PDL that one go away. This is the only info I have
