I have been reading these forums and have found some people in a similar situation as me. I have medical bills totaling $83,000. Most of it is hospital and some of it is private practice. I live in California but was at a Nevada hospital. Does the statue of limitations go for Nevada or California laws? Also my accident was in 2004 and they are still on my credit as of July, 2013. Is this ok? If not what can I do to get them removed?

I live in Ohio & my loans are from cash direct express & plain green loans. Anyone familiar with these and can offer some advice or help? I'm afraid of legal action be taken & I've heard of pdl being arrested for defaulting I cannot afford these anymore & I want out to give me & my family some peace of mind.

1. I Live in Tennessee
2. PDL name:Qloot/VIP/DMA
3. Amount of loan: 500.00
4. Amount paid so far: 151.00
This is a new loan and I've made one payment so far. I was talking to a friend of mine and she said that internet PDL's are illegal in my state. I'm thinking though that QLOOT is a legal loan since it's an installment loan. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?
