I have been reading these forums and have found some people in a similar situation as me. I have medical bills totaling $83,000. Most of it is hospital and some of it is private practice. I live in California but was at a Nevada hospital. Does the statue of limitations go for Nevada or California laws? Also my accident was in 2004 and they are still on my credit as of July, 2013. Is this ok? If not what can I do to get them removed?

My Ideal Gelt loan went to Alliance Asset Management. Alliance wants to charge me 1900 for a 1000 loan but they won't let me get on a payment plan with the settlement offer. What should I do now? I live in Maryland.

Is Payday loan support a reliable company to use to help consolidate my payday loans.

I need help with payday loans I've gotten into a situation where we get one to pay another. These fees are taking over half my paychecks every two weeks. I live in Ohio & my loans are from cash direct express & plain green loans. Anyone familiar with these and can offer some advice or help? I'm afraid of legal action be taken & I've heard of pdl being arrested for defaulting I cannot afford these anymore & I want out to give me & my family some peace of mind.

This is a new loan and I've made one payment so far. I was talking to a friend of mine and she said that internet PDL's are illegal in my state. I'm thinking though that QLOOT is a legal loan since it's an installment loan. Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

I currently have 3 pdls out that I can't contunue to keep paying for all in one lump sum. Is there a way to consolidate the loans into a small payment plan?

I have a few internet payday loans. Live in Tennessee, just wondering if someone can guide me how to stop them from debiting my account. I know I owe them and am willing to pay, but i am tired of them debiting whenever they want to (not always on payday, and bank charges me fees).

I just checked my credit report and found that AIS services has 2 collections on me. I have never received anything in writing from the, so I know it should not be on my report. What do I do, how do I dispute this? Please help!!!!

I send 2 validation requests to UCB Collections and have received no validation yet. They have reported it to Transunion. I'm disputing with Transunion. Should I send UCB a third DV? I thought it was against the FDCPA to report a debt that hasn't been validated?
