Are any of these licensed to issue loans in the state of Maryland?
Recently my wife and I received a summons in Pa and LVNV now has had our bank account froze. We really cant afford to pay a lawyer and need help. We would even settle by setting up some kind of payment schedule, but don't know who even to talk to. Hopefully someone on here can at least turn us in the right direction. I paid them 875 dollars. I never received a receipt for my last payment. I never received a letter stating that my debt was paid. I believe I've been scammed. What can I do?
I have a few on line loans and would like to know if they are legal for the state of Michigan. Based on the interest payment I am pretty sure about two of them: My cash now, National Pay Day, What about installment loans, Plain green loans, Great plains lending. Are these considered payday loans too and if so, are they illegal in my state?

When I started working on my credit back in February '13 (in preparation to get a mortgage in February '14) my scores were 510, 515, and 523. I've been working hard to bring them up the last 6 months. They are now at 571, 565, and 580.
Has anyone dealt with Presley Smith Law Office? I just sent my debt validation letter, scheduled for delivery tomorrow afternoon in GA. This office sent me this letter regarding my loan with On line Advance. On line Advance is not legal in the state of Nevada where I'm from, and I already paid off the principle balance. Does anyone have any info?
