Credit repair

Hi Folks,

My bank called me a month ago and stated my credit card was compromised. They issued a new card and I placed immediate freezes on all 3 Bureaus after the event occurred. I ran credit reports and took notice of the following inquiries that are not mine by choice:

EMS LACS
EQUIFAX MORTGAGE SOLUT

I am absolutely sure it was not something I requested. I had a hospital visit a couple of years back, but that's it.

Any suggestions?

What does THD/CBSD on a credit report mean?

I got a loan from Fast payday back in 2008 but was unable to pay back. They called to my work and told ,the secretary that they were going to serve me with papers and arrest me. I called then and it was a firm saying I had to pay them at least 200. The total was 800.

I have been reading the boards regarding Plain Green Loans. Took advice and sent them email today stating that they were illegal in Michigan, that I overpaid them and that they need to mark my account paid in full and refund me for my overpayment.

I am being sued for credit card debt. I am preparing to go to court next Monday, without a lawyer. If I am able to come up with the total amount due, can I reach settlement without injuring my credit score too much.

I have been paying M R S Associates for a year and a half to pay-off my credit card debt. And when I look at the balance it is still the same nothing has been deducted. What should I do?

There are two addresses on my CR that I have never lived at. Am I to assume that some one has used my info for credit.

When checking my CR, It shows another SSN# on there that is not mine. I pull the report using mine, but listed in the personal info there is the one that is not mine?

Is there a way to remove inquiries off your credit report?

Will you please advise if the below internet payday loans are legal?
