I live in washington state. I have a loan for 2500 from cashcall. I got the loan online by western sky than later sold the loan to cash call. I have filed a complaint with the washington state financial institution and they inform me that the loan is illegal in washington state. But can they garnish my wages? What do I do because I have heard they have garnish other people in other state which are also illegal. How can I prevent that?

I would like to know if pay day loans are legal in NY. I currently have loans with redstone financial, loan shop, instant loans today and vip loan shop. And how can I get them to stop taking money?

I have a judgement order from the Court to collect funds from a second mortgage. I thought that went with the forcloser. I found out I was wrong. I collect Social Security Disability and Workers Comp. From an injury. Can The Court take any of my money from Social Security or Workers Comp. for this judgement?

My mother has taken out an extra credit card on her account around 5 years back. She did it so that I can use it for renovating my grandmother's house. I have used the card for only 3-4 months. After that, I have never used the card. But last week, I got a call from the card company. They told I owe around $5000 on the card. How is this possible? i have not applied for the card so I must not owe the debt. Am I right?

Gibson Law Firm is calling and threatening me about Cash Jar. Said there is a civil suit pending. They were very rude, keep calling my work and saying they are faxing paperwork to my place of employment today. I tried to ask her for verification and she just kept rattleing very fast and said I am guilty.

I living in Rhode Island. I have internet loans with Mass Street Group and Seven Group. I took out $300 and have paid apx $360 interest. I also have Dollar Flash Loan was for 700. I have paid approximately $500. Can the interest be counted as payment of the debt? Do I only need to pay $200 to be paid in full. I also have a PDL with Seaside Cash of $500. Paid $150 in interest so far.

I reside in California and took out a loan of 700 from a company called Qloot.They have been taking out 200 every two weeks and they have already took out 900 from my account and they told me that I have to pay them 600 more if I would like to pay it off, otherwise they will continue to take out 200 every other week , I pregnant and on disability now and I can't afford 300 anoymore every other week and don't have the funds the way an extra 600 on top of 900 they have already taken out for 700 loan . Please advoce me a way to get rid of this hard situation.

A credit card company is on my credit report for a inquiry I did not make. How do I get it removed?
