I live in Utah and I have several pay day loans from different online vendors: MyCashNow, United Cash Loans, Speedy Cash, Loan Point, and Plain Green. I've always paid my fees, but now I'm starting to feel like this cycle will never end. :( What can I do, if anything, to extend the amount of time to pay off these? I'm so embarrassed that I've let it get this out of hand. Is there anything I can do?
There is a new company or scammer is what I call them, calling me telling me I owe a payday loan company money. First they were telling me it was BMG! Now is ALPINE DIRECT SERVICES LLC/ KENWOOD SERVICES LLC....I have not taken a loan out with these ppl. I got a letter in the mail today from Account Control Systems in NJ... Stating that I owe 986.00 I don't know what for!! Its annoying and embarrassing they call my home phone I don't even know where they get that number from!! I live in Florida. How do u make these scammers stop calling my phone!!
I live in wisconsin. I took out a couple pay day loans to help me with expenses. Speedy cash -an $375, paydayone -- $250, and cashnetusa --$300. I've tried to keep up on the payments but i'm starting to fall behind. I need help paying these off. Where do I go for help?

I've sent the illegal pdl letters to 3 of the 6 pdls and am wondering what I should do next. I am unable to open a new checking account now and don't know what I am supposed to do. Please if someone can give me some more advice I would greatly appreciate it.
I have a current loan of 400 through magnum cash advance, and I am getting ready to dispute the interest and finance charges as I don't believe they are licensed in the state of Ohio. Has anyone had any experiences with this company? Are they willing to settle fairly easy or do I have to be prepared to fight?
