No further action they can take

Does anyone know if BIG Limited is legal in Arizona? I have been fighting with them and I am not about to give them more money. I just want to make sure I am speaking the truth when I tell them they are not legally allowed to lend to AZ residents and they have not followed Arizona laws, which state only 3 roll overs and I have already paid this company $725 on a $200 loan since Feb. 2013. So I think its fair to say that I have paid them back. I just want to make sure there is no further action they can actually take. My luck they are legal in AZ...any advice is greatly appreciated.

I was recently in a relation and it totally destroyed my financially. I have debt of my own but over the last year it skyrocketed. I make decent money and I am a single mom of a owing 12 boy. I need to find the right course of action so that I can buy a house in the next year. I have some medical bills from over the years and a credit card debt. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where I can get credible help for my debt issues.

I too am caught in the payday trap. I live in WI, which I know is very loose on pdls. All of these loans are store front, are they all legal? Easy to work with? Check n Go, Check into Cash, PLS Loan Store, Ez Money, National City, The Cash Store, Advance America, American Cash 2 Go, NorthStar Loans and National Quick Cash. Most of these I have already paid the principal off.

Going to keep resubmitting charges

Hi, I know it's a familiar story on here but I do not know what to do. I owe about $2300 on six payday loans. I am currently overdrawn at the bank and two companies say they are going to keep resubmitting the charges, which just adds up to more service fees and more debt on my end. Does anyone know if there is a reputable company where I can put ALL of these loans into one loan? I do not have good credit, either; credit score of 511 as of today.

Only responsible for the Principal amount

I live in CA and opened a PDL online with Payday Max. I have a loan open with Payday Max which I now understand is illegal in CA. I borrowed $520. My first payment of $172.90 is coming due on 11/19/2013. This amount is all Finance fees because I had to extend the loan because I couldn't afford to pay it all back in full on 12/20/2013. I understand with illegal PDL's in California you are only responsible for the Principal amount. I am not sure what this is. Being that I am in CA, my understanding is legal PDL's I am only responsible for a total of $300.

Pay a CA on a debt that is not on credit report?

I just received a letter from a CA, trying to settle an old account. I checked Equifax, and it is not on my credit report. I'm sure that this is an old debt that is at least 8 years old, which is out of SOL where I live (California - 4 years) and where the debt was accrued (Georgia - 6 years)

I still need to check the other 2 credit agencies, but quite positive that I won't find it on there either.

I received a call this morning from a guy who appeared to be from India, saying the police would be at my home to arrest me from defaulting on internet payday loans...I am in Philadelphia PA, and while I'm pretty sure the police part is not valid, I do want to get caught up on these debts or at least try to make a reasonable payment plan....does anyone have any advice on this? Also how can I find out which of the lenders I owe is legal to lend in PA?

Contact my employer about garnishing wages

I have a payday loan through Zip19 for $850. I was unable to pay them on my last check and now am getting calls from them. I tried to make an arrangement to pay 1/2 on my next check and 1/2 on the check after that. They are unwilling to make any kind of arrangement. What should I do. They are telling me that they will contact my employer about garnishing wages. They already called to verify my employment.
