I filed bankruptcy was discharged. Looked at my credit report and had creditors that were not reporting it as included in bankruptcy. I disputed those accounts as included in bk chapter 7. Some of those accounts were changed to included in bk others are still reporting as bad accounts. Tried to dispute again and the credit bureaus said my disputes were frivolous. Called them and raised a stink still got no where . What letter can I use to fix this problem??? What do I do now???

Can I get my overpayment that my employer took from my check

I was garnished for back federal taxes and made arrangements with the IRS before the first garnishment was to hit. The IRS sent an "eFax" to my employer on Wednesday to reduce my garnishment to the $65.00 a week, Friday is payday. The original garnishment was about $350.00 and that's what my employer withheld. My paycheck deposit dropped AFTER the notice to only withhold $65.00 but they still withheld the full $350+ and state that they cannot return it to me. Do I have any recourse for getting that extra nearly $300 back from my employer?

So about credit repair companies as being a scam?

So not really that they may be and not they aren't in reality the "services" they charge for isn't something someone can perform for themselves. A coworker filled me with a better idea of what they do, that's write a dispute letter towards the bureaus (or agencies?). After (30?) days, if no response is given, an item being disputed falls off. After all is that all it can be with it? I'm just needing an improved understanding of credit repair and disputing and whatnot.

Need an advice about offshore company formation
I'm considering setting up an offshore company to provide financial services. It appears to me that New Zealand is the best option for it as reputation is very important in my case. Does anyone have any opinions on that? I heard that Equity Trust International is quite reliable. Has anyone heard about them or can suggest another company who offer company formation services in New Zealand?

Judgement for vehicle

Since the economy took a dump in 08 my husband and I have struggle with bills. In 2011 we lost our home and could no longer make payments on our vehicle. We refused to give the car back as they would not have sold it at auction for what we owed and so it has been in "hiding" since then. We are now being told they are garnishing my husbands wages, after contacting them to make payment arrangements as he is now working at a good job. We have no problems making the payments but I would like to know if I can now register this vehicle and start driving it?
