credit score of 530 in need of loan

Ive been looking for a loan to help me pay my mortgage that will be 4 months late as of march 15th.
Ive tried so many things to get a loan and everyone wants monthly fee & start up fees.
The loan could be paid back in 6 months with my ssd monthly payments.
I am so tired of being scammed by so called lenders.
Does anyone know someone for real that would take a chance on a person with a 530 credit score living on disability & help from family.
Thank you

Hello everyone,

Here is my situation. I have 3 charged off accounts. With my wife starting her new job soon, we were sitting down trying to figure out how to get our debt paid off when we hit with a lawsuit from one of the creditors of a charged off account. SO we decided to contact the other two creditors to look at payment options before they ended up in court.

One of the charged off account, we decided to pay in full with our tax refund. That is what we told them. we haven't payed anything yet though.

I was contacted by a Collection Agency about an old debt

The process server called and said he would be at my house in 30 minutes. I asked what it was about and he gave me a number of a collection agency. I called right away and was talked into making a payment, (on an cc debt from way back) so the server would be called off. I made the payment with a credit card then got to thinking about what a fool I was not to get some documentation, about that time I got a letter via email saying I paid. The whole document was sketchy at best and looked very non professional. I called my credit card company right away and told them I believed it was fraud.

I had a few overdue accounts on my credit report from when I was younger. This one account hit the 7 years and dropped off my credit report, that same day a new and different creditor picked it up and put it BACK on my credit report. Is this possible??

I thought once the 7 years are done there is nothing they can do?

applying for construction loan and 2 amounts appear on credit report. the first one is our home we live in right now second one we have no clue. We think that amount was from our previous home of 1.5 years ago. It shows status of name of creditor as CBNA. We sold that home which debt was paid off. Obviously it never was taken off of our names and credit report. It did not appear 1.5 years ago when we bought the new house we live in now but it is now on our report. What do we do?? The bank we are going with for new loan is where we had our old loan at... All in the same bank. help

So you have an imperfect credit rating. Apparently, you’re not alone. Many people today are struggling with their personal credit for different reasons. The dwindling economy is definitely a huge factor that contributed to the increase in the number of people with bad credit.
