Recently divorced, no job, no car, bad banking history and waiting for a bankruptcy to be discharged. I finally have a job, but no vehicle so I am currently walking the 8 miles.
I need to get myself back to level and was hoping to find loan, but I can't get anyone to help me with my history. I am stuck in this mess with no way out.
Winning a small claims case, but the defendent refuses to pay. I have sued a company for $4,500 and they are not paying me the judgemnt that I won. How can I garnish them if i do not know which bank that they operate their company from? What are some other tactics can I use to claim my judgement?
Hi, I hope someone can help me. I had a 2nd mortgage that I paid through court. I do have the courts paper as proof of the pay off. However still showing in my credit reports that I have a balance, like I did not pay the mortgage.
I sent to credit bureaus copy of the court evidence but they still showing that I owe that money.
How can I do? Certainly I know the bank, but I do not have the department address (that could work with this issue) where I can send any letter.

I was receiving garnishment of wages. A stay was issued and the stay was vacated later in court. Do I need to refile for the garnishment?

I had given my personal information to someone who claimed that he can fix me my credit, this guy took my information and opened multiple credit cards under my name, business and personal and charged thousands of dollars on them, I files a police report and I was able to dispute those credit card applications and charges on most of them, Citi capital one discover and american express, Bank Of america was the only one to deny my claim and continuing to collect the debt, its 2 cards a personal and a business, totaling almost 100 thousand dollars, what can I do to get this debt off my name and
