I have been obsess with my credit score lately and wanting to have a really good score, right now its at 748 from experian. I have about 10 hard inquires that have been on my report for about two years now and have read that after two years it will be removed. Would I be able to call up the reporting agency and ask them to have them be removed even though I authorized them and that they have been on my report for two years now

I live In NY and I have 5 online payday loans: River bend Finance 500.00 paid 915.00, United Cash Loans 400 paid 650, Payday Nation 450 Paid 1,806, Splash cash 600 paid 1307.50 and CWB 250 haven't made a payment yet. I recently closed my bank account and opened a brand new one.

Is payday lending legal in North Carolina? I have 2 loans, one with Plain Green and another with Great Plains.

I have a payday loan with Silver Star financial for 600 and one with Mobiloans for 750. I've asked these companies to stop ACH withdrawal and they refused saying I agreed to their terms. Is either of these companies licensed in Mississippi? What can I do to stop the ACH payments?

Is National Credit Adjusters legit to collect on a pdl. I live in New York and have paid the pdl companies far more than I should have. Can they send me to collections and is this company legal to collect in New York?

Hello I need some advice. I have several PDL's and found they are not licensed in OH where I reside. 2 are off shore companies. Loans were for 400$, I have paid at least 600$ on them each. I faxed letters stating I found they are illegal in my state and I only owe principle. I feel the debt has been fulfilled. Does this sound like I did the right thing? What to do next because they are not cooperating. Keep demanding payments.

I have 3 payday loans currently. One is with Nationwide Cash for $500, one is 500 Fast Cash for $300 and one is United Cash Loans for $300. I am having a very difficult handling all of the fees. Can you give me some advice? I live in Minnesota.
