Hi Richard,

Thanks to you and to the tech team for doing such a good job. Previously I had to surf through the forums (or take help of the left panel) to see the most discussed posts. But now when I visit the site I get to see all the 'highlighted topics'. Life is getting easier :D

A tiny request:
Can we have a music section to get ourselves some refreshment  (Just joking)

Thanks

Temporary Address making it difficult

Submitted by DEVID85 on Fri, 03/06/2009 - 10:54

Since my home is 60 miles away but in the same district, I am renting for residence. And with the conditions, I have to change the address after a year two. I have agreement copy with me. The banks hesitate for a personal type of loans despite of strong income proofs, as many of us might have gone through such situations. Although backed with native proofs, this is certainly a minus point when a credit score is on little lower side.

Where it is going to head? towards better definitely not!!

What are the measures Obama Govt should take to stop BK of banks. There was a report that alone in last two months 16 banks have filed for BK.Doesn't it sound really bad?

What are precautionary measure you suggest to avoid the future consequences of this bad financial system.

Whether credit repair is required on priority basis to banks as compared to Individuals.what's your say?

Submitted by peggy on Fri, 02/20/2009 - 19:48

how can a credit card company obtain a judgement against you when the card is unsecured? we live in PA, my father is 82 years old gets Social Security benefits, he was recently hospitalized, he now need a caregiver and blood work done every week and cannot pay his credit card bills. He received a letter stating that his account will be forwarded to an attorney to obtain a judgement against him. My name is also on the deed to his home, can a judgement be placed against his home?

Credit is a process by which one person obtains money, goods or services and agree to return it with some interest at a later date. Before a credit providing company gives you money, they will put in place certain terms to make sure that you will be able to repay it. Before taking credit or after taking credit you may follow some tips to repay it or reduce the burden.
