My ex is a former Dept of State employee. He is not due to receive retirement/pension payments for another ten years, at age 65. He owes me 6 years of Alimony. Is it possible to garnish retirement/pension now for payment of owed alimony?
I just received a notice attempt file a judgment for outstanding credit debt. Can the credit company or their collection agency garnish my retirement check? If the only money coming into my bank account is retirement can they go after my bank account?
Wan to repair my credit score .But most debt relief programs want to much or my information like my bank info.Iam paying on my car and I cant finacialiy do both .Need help , I want to get into a home, Iam raising my grand son and live in a apt. for low income I want a home to call my own.
so i don't have the greatest credit in the world.. i was told to make a credit karma account.. so i did, so that i could work on getting my credit in better shape so that maybe down the line that i could purchase a home or a car or something in the long of those lines.. so my credit score according to credit karma is 588 my vantage is 600 which i'm guessing is like a median of all three credit bureaus?
