I need 30 pts. in 30 days

Hello All--

For slightly complicated reasons, it would really good if I could take my FICO from ~725 to over 750 in the next 30 days. My only debt is students loans, and I can't do anything about that right now (still in grad. school). No negative or incorrect items show on my statements, and I have only one new account (a student loan) that is from 8 months ago. I have never had a credit card of any kind, and getting one seems like my best line of attack. Several days of research have me looking at the following two options:

Credit Repair Help

I am trying to get approved for a mortagage loan and need to repair my credit score asap. 2 years ago I separated from my husband and ran up my 3 credit cards. 2 were never late but the balances were near the limits (basically maxed out) and I was making minimum payments. I just paid down those credit card balances (but left the accounts open). I was told this will help my score.

Judgements: I really could use some advice right now.

I have two judgments that were placed on my credit and I didn't realize they were there until I moved and had already past the time allotted to file for a motion to vacate. Is there any way to get these removed from my credit report. They are the only two things standing in my way, (besides my student loans) of me reaching the goals that I have set. They have been on my credit report since 2007. Can some of you please offer some solutions to this. If you have been through something like this and can offer some advice, I would surely appreciate it.

Analyzing my spotted past, and the best ways for me to move

I just found your forum, and it seems there is a tremendous amount of quality information. I have read about debt validation, SOL, etc, but am curious as to what parts of my credit history to apply these things too. I paid a credit repair place like a dummy about a year ago, and they sent out there letters, and I did my correspondence, and nothing seemed to be affected. Does that change anything with debt validation or SOL? I have a few past credit cards in collections.

Best way to get down to 50% of available credit?

I know that the credit utilization percentage has a big impact on scores but not sure how to approach paying things down. I just received a bonus and can use it to pay down my credit card balances to 50% of the available credit but am afraid that as soon as i do that some of them will drop my credit limits down to the new balance so my utilization percentage won't improve very much. I do have a couple of cards that would likely not drop my credit limit so i could pay those off altogether which would bring my utilization percentage down to 50% overall but not on each card.

Question on a blank balance on my credit score

So I pulled my report today and I have more than one under the Adverse Accounts section where the Balance field is blank. It doesn't even say $0, it's just blank. What does that mean and what do I do from here? There are notes, for example one says ">Maximum delinquency of 120+ days in 09/2006 for $95<". What the heck does that mean?
