The scenario

TU 509 Ex 501 Eq 553 on 1/12.

Since then i've gotten 3 inaccurate derog's deleted and paid to delete others which havent gone though yet. I have a Bk from 2002 that I'm using Lexington Law to try and remove as well.

I just opened up a $300 boa secured cc, would it be worth it to open up another one with like a $700 limit, then use about 20% each month then pay in full?

I called LHR INC and wanted to work with them on a settlement and the person that I spoke to told me I had to do this and that and if I did not they would pull a "Permissible Purpose" on my Credit History daily and would make sure that my credit score would keep going down until I paid it. They ran it on 8/22/07 then again on 12/30/08...........Can they keep do this?

Keeping Personal credits away from business loan credit.

Submitted by DEVID85 on Thu, 03/05/2009 - 22:50

Is it possible to segregate personal credit score from business credit score for a small entrepreneur? They are totally different, yet needs to be segregated. A personal score may be a bad but someone will always take more cere to return the downpayments on time. This should not affect his business. Anybody has any clues?

My mortgage company reported negatively to 1 CB not all 3?

Submitted by ASKSharpe on Sat, 02/28/2009 - 17:09

My mortgage company is reporting "foreclosure started" and 3 months of RF on my Experian report but not on the other reports. Can I get it removed without hurting my credit reports with Equifax and Trans. A loan modification was worked out 18 months ago after I received a legal foreclosure document. My credit score is 670 now. I would like to get it above 700 to refinance a 9.5% mortgage. Also my Chase good lines of credit are not being reported to Equifax but are to the other two agencies. How can I get them on Equifax to raise my score?

Debt Validation... COntract question

Submitted by golfman58 on Sun, 02/22/2009 - 21:07

If I request debt validation... how much of the contract do they need to provide me in order to prove the debt is validated?

I was sent one paper with my signature on it, but nothing tying it to an account of mine. No "contract" or agreement information, or account number, etc... Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Hello I am new to the community also young 19 years old and trying to figure out how I can increase my credit score so I can get approved for a new car. I recently went out and have had 3 credit pulls from different car dealers. The paper work they receive puts my credit score around 580-595, but when I check online at freecreditreport.com etc. it says my equifax score is at 605. I also have two loans and 2 credit cards out at the moment. Both my credit cards are low limits under $1000 and I have about 55% of one used and 35% of the other use.
