Welcome to the forums!!!
I think it would be better for you to contact with the credit bureaus and inform them regarding this issue. But the fact is that you can’t remove negative items from your credit report before 7 years. It will stay there for 7 years from the date of your first default.

hello everyone, i am so glad i've come across this site and am hoping to be able to gather some advice as to what i can do to improve my credit. my lease is up in sept. and i really want to be able to get a nice place by that time but my credit score (and history) is one thing that i suspect will get in the way of making this come true. i was going through a really rough time 2 years ago and made horrible decisions with regards to the way i dealt with my finances. now i'm trying to pick things up and make it better but i seem to be stuck.

More than 30 days past due on a cc im an authorized user - c

I have been working on improving my credit score for over 2.5 years now. Finally got it up to a 690 overall and was added as an authorized user on my spouse's card. Unfortunately - my spouse had thought they set up AUTOPAY with their chase card but it did not go thru - and it went without the minimum balance paid for 2 months. I checked on my credit score and it dropped 80 points on one of them (equifax) and over 60 on another (transunion). We are trying to get chase to remove it due to the technical glitch but they're not having it.

I have good credit, nothing recent but no FICO score

Submitted by Anonymous (not verified) on Sat, 10/01/2011 - 01:02

I'm in the process of purchasing a home so I had my lender pull a my credit report, much to my surprise I don't have any FICO scores. The report states "Score not available, no recently reported account activity". I've always had good credit. I paid off a mortgage in 2008. Paid off a car in 2008. After that I have not opened any new credit. I do have a business VISA but I was told it dosen't get reported on my personal credit report.
I pay everything with my ATM card or with cash. Can anyone assist me with this situation? What can I do to get a credit score right away?

Advice needed.

Hi everyone. I have done some research into credit repair and need some advice. I'm 25 years old and was making 75k 5 years ago working in finance and basically was irresponsible with my spending. I had 5 credit cards which I maxed out and then I got laid off and spent the last 3-4 years paying them off. I expect these entries to be removed from my report either next year or in 2013 but I'm currently suffering. I need to move apts in 5 months and know I'm not going to get the apt I would like bc of my scores.
