i just want to have an idea of what a letter that notifies you that a debt is being deleted would look like because ive seen the sample deletion letters already i just want to see how the creditors respond and what to expect. thankyou

There is no letter which will notify you that your debt listing has been removed from your credit report. All you need to do is to check your credit report after you pay off the debt to verify whether it has been removed or not.
Justin is right the creditors will not take the time to send you anything, it will be on you to check your report and make sure that the credit reporting agencies reflect what the collection agency has promised that they would do, either update or delete.
