I am now being harrassed by One Stop Cash. Supposedly I took out a $180.00 loan that was never paid in 2005. When I asked the guy to send me information in writing he got extremely nasty and hung up on me. What now?
You have to be strong now. They are supposed to send you a mail within five days from the call made. They should be mentioning the details as to how much money you owe, what you have to do in case you don’t owe the money. They are not supposed to get nasty with you. Wait till they provide you with further information.
