Remove Negative items on credit report

Hello All,

There is alot of information floating around the internet about how to handle the credit repair project yourself. I would like to review the basic areas to try to put a flowchart together that would help myself focus on the overlooked strategies of credit repair.

1. pull a copy of your credit report and review the tradelines to identify damaging issues to your credit score.
2. Compile a send in DV (debt validation) letters to those tradeline furnishers who are identified as collection agencies. Send the letter certified mail with electronic signature confirmation or RRR (return receipt requested).
3. wait 30 days for a reply.
4. Re-send a followup DV letter to the CA with CMRRR (CMESC); include a copy of the original letter with the CMRRR.
5. File a dispute with the CRA and include a copy of the original letter with CMRRR requesting to remove the tradeline because the CA did not validate the tradeline.
6. If the CRA verifies the tradeline then file a request for MOV.
7. Send a 623 letter to the OC and see if you receive a reply.

How is this so far. What am I missing and where do I go from here?

My credit score just got raised from a range of 400 to a score above 750 with the help of a hacker i met from an old friend. My credit report was low and it really gave me problems renting an apartment for myself. I want to testify about United blank atm cards which can withdraw money from any atm machines around the world. I was very poor before and have no job. When I contacted ACTION CREDIT SOLUTIONS with their number (737) 201 7316 and their email ACTIONCREDITSOLUTIONS@GMAIL.COM , these were their exact words "I'll remove all negative items including hard inquiries, collections, late payments, evictions, bankruptcy, judgments and also increase your score to 750 or more in less than two weeks and post some good trade lines to your credit report". I had 5 hard inquiries, couple of collections, late payments and bankruptcy and my score was at low 568 because of the accident I was involved in that broke one of my leg. They removed all the inquiries, collections, late payments and bankruptcy and also increased my score to 800. just don't know how to express my joy after confirming the job, they kept to their word. They are God sent, you can trust them.

I could never get approved for a loan anywhere due to my bad credit score after i undergo some surgery earlier this year. I was about to shotdown before i got an info on trulia talking on how he help a lot on their credit score and credit repair which i was interested in working together with him.
