They're a collection agency. I have no personal dealings with them...if they're calling you, I advise answering the phone to find out what they want. Once they've made contact, they are supposed to send you a letter within 5 days. You do have the right to send them a letter (return receipt) that revokes their right to call you--this I'd do after I find out what they want.
agencies have caller id just like you- if you want to call them to inquiry about their company and who they represent - call from a pre-paid mobile phone or a pay phone. once an agency has your number it is there for life.
