Does anyone have any idea what this UNIVERSAL CARD/CBSDN is and their contact number? I have that in my credit report showing 60 days late and I have no idea of what they are.

It's an AT&T card and they are located in Jacksonville, FL.

I tried that number and it wasn't it. seems like it may be some sort of chevron card, but still can't locate a number to call or any information.

FIRST OF ALL, I HAVE EXCELLENT CREDIT - EQUIFAX 777, EXPERIAN 899 (PRIME PLUS) - (HAVE ALWAYS PAID MY BILLS)........THE "ACCOUNT IN DISPUTE UNDER THE FAIR CREDIT BILLING ACT" (ATTRIBUTED TO THIS AT&T CREDIT CARD(UNVL/CITI) LISTED ON MY EXPERIAN CREDIT REPORT) IS A PRODUCT OR SERVICE CHARGED TO UNIVERSAL CARD/CBSDN AND WHICH WAS DISPUTED AT ONE TIME OR ANOTHER. UNFORTUNATELY, THIS DISPUTE GOES ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT. MY BILLING DISPUTE HAPPENED A YEAR PREVIOUS, WAS RESOLVED IN MY FAVOR...............BUT WAS STILL ON MY CREDIT REPORT!!!!
