I have on my credit report Charter one auto finance, 228 E main st. Rochester, NY 14604-2121. The number listed is out of service and my google search led me to another finance company not affiliated with Charter one....anyone have the number to call about a charge?

Greeting Great people my name is Christian, Few years back I tried without success to fix my credit and rather it got worse. The last time was last year in which they request me some payments and six (6) months, the person did nothing. I’m very grateful to Ghost. Last year, I needed help with my credit. Hello Guys before working with COLEFRANKSERVICES I had a credit score of 531 to 542. I went looking for a loan from Metro Credit Union and they told me to pay my debt to Bank of America first which was about $4,800. At the time my credit report was awful with red mark all over it. I lost my title for my 2004 Nissan... I tried to get a duplicate title and the NJ DMV or MVC person told me that there is still a lien on my car. I explained to her that my truck is 15 years (yes 2019) but it didn't seem to matter - she told me to contact Charter one auto finance and have them fax a notarized letter telling them there is NO lien. I called the number in this thread (800-247-5685) and it seemed to work - today is Saturday and the gentlemen I spoke to said they should be able to get it done by Wednesday. I'll let you know
