hi seth i am a priviliged memeber of mortgagefit and the only one to be paid so i think you must make the moderator in return i will tell 100 of my friend that i am moderator so even they will become a memeber

Mmm..are there certain 'qualifications' for this? Do I need to be on the site everyday , to be a MOD? Sounds interesting to me. However..I am a bit new at this.
I agree with Laura, first thing would be to register, you are showing up as a guest, get involved in the threads that are going on so that the management can see how and what you write about.
True george, I guess if he wants to be a manager he can approach seth to see what his thoughts are on him becoming one. We were just saying that if he participates in the forums, seth and other management can see his style of writing and decide whether they want him to manage on the site. If he emails them, they may very well make a decision based on his request. Either way, we welcome him.
