Chapter 7 discharge, judgment on credit report

I think my original post might have been a bit misleading, let me clarify. The bankruptcy IS mentioned on my reports as discharged. My confusion is regarding a civil judgment for a loan that was discharged in the bankruptcy. The bankruptcy was filed 9/2005, discharge date 3/2006, civil judgment was filed 3/2006, with no date reported or satisfied date.
So, I want to understand why that judgment is on my credit report and what does that mean with no dates? Is it resolved or not? It was discharged though?
BTW: I recieved the bankruptcy discharge settlement form and I'm awaiting that decision. Is it due to that issue that they sent me that form?

I filed for chapter 13 protection in Dec 2001. I complied with the terms of the bankruptcy to the T. After the fourth month I received a letter from the court stating that I was no longer under the protection of the court because some paperwork ( my income tax return) was not filed in a timely manner. Needless to say, all the creditors resumed their collection tactics. I ended up losing our home, cars, etc. It's 10 years later and time to clean up this mess. On my credit reports the banruptcy shows up as discharged with a removal date of Nov 2011. I can't wait for that. I would appreciate any input. Can I dispute the bankruptcy itself appearing on the credit report? Basically I got the stigma of turning to bankruptcy court when I did not even receive any of their services. Aloha, A.
