am trying to get a pay to delete settlement but the collection agency say that they cannot delete , they can only report paid in full. Is this true, they can only delete if they reported incorrectly.

I do not know how a DV letter should look like or what needs to be included in that letter, could you please show us a sample DV letter just the same way you did for the Pay for Delete letter.

Hello Carol, I recently tried this with thr only negative report on my credit. The company did not accept the offer. On my credit report it is listed as a charge off. About two years ago I was had to pay taxes on a charged off debt thst I had settled on to the IRS because the debt was as earned income. Since this company won't settle. How long will I have to wait before it goes to the IRS? My 7 years will be up in early 2019.

Despite numerous conversations and documented proof..a collector added a negative account to my credit reports. It was due to a medical claim for my son that had been submitted 7 months past the alloted time frame therefore the insurance denied the claim and they provider could not bill me either due to their error. Despite showing proof and the agency telling me the account was closed…they added them to my credit reports. 3 weeks later they are now claiming yet again that the account has been closed.I lost all hope because I thought I would be stuck with it for the next 7 years but keinetcybertechnologies@gmail.com came through and helped remove the negative account from my credit report.

Hi Carol I just wanted to clarify the info I've read by asking a couple questions. I am in the military and while I was on my deployment overseas I received an alert on my credit report for a charge off on my vehicle. My money was still coming out but the lender was not receiving it. I filed a card dispute and got my money back but I need to know how exactly to approach this issue as they have already charged off the account. Should I contact the lender first?

My wife and I went through a foreclosure that finalized in June of 2010. I assumed this would be off of our credit reports by now as it's 7 1/2 years old. However, I just saw today that one of the banks reported it again to Experian in April of 2016. Is this legal? It seems like if they can continue reporting this it won't ever leave my report.

As for the GW letters.... I found this forum close to 3 months ago.

I have had huge success with GW. I had a collection to National Credit Systems that was listed as paid. Sent a GW (I believe twice) and it got deleted.

One 30 day late to Bofa 4 yrs ago, got deleted within a week of my letter.

Also, my hubby had a paid collection to FirstMark FCU, they called him after reciveing the letter to tell him they had it and were going to delete it but it may take up to 30 days (this was after the 3rd letter)

He has a paid collection to Sun Loan and I have sent a letter every 45 days, just sent the 5th one yesterday, no luck yet. We started sending them every 2 weeks But still nothing happened yet . We finally ended up loosing the services of a programmer we found of this same FICO forum . We started working with us and 5th day into the repair process, we got boosted with 150 points . I was dazed at the hearing or this but I will surely tell you now that we are no more using services of the repair companies anymore . It is better, Quicker and even safer to work with with a programmer . Lonmond @ programmer . net was the lucky guy that handled our credit score repair process .
You all should understand that these companies just follow long procedures .

Or will this all have to be hand written
