Hi sdchargers, I have been away awhile myself, just can't sit in the computer chair for long periods of time, tonite I soaked in the tub and took a muscle relaxor so I will be good for a little while. Everytime we get this cold weather my back acts up, old injury comes back to haunt me! Feel 90 years old, can't stand up straight, it will work itself out eventually, It is taking longer and longer each time it happens. So If I disappear for a week or two again that is why. Hope you are feeling better!
thanks Laura, I fell straddle on a center beam about 20 feet in the air in 1986, it compacted my lower back, I have spinal canal compression, osteoarthritis, degenerative discs, herniations and bulging and spondalitis. So when the weather gets crazy cold it really starts to bother me, I try to stay active, I walked like a duck at work all day on friday, I have been trying to take it easy all weekend, just doing the lighter housework, taking the muscle relaxors, hot bath and massager, still kicking my rear, it gets worse every year. I need to go see my doctor, but I will suffer it out as long as possible.
this is terrible Good. You need to see one :x ? I would say immediately go to the doc. This is not how you treat yourself. You are going to office with this? I'm surprised..
It gets like this every now and then, I took today off to rest it, putting together all that christmas stuff did a number on me. I need a new MRI, I had one about 5 years ago and it showed significant degeneration, it just gets worse with the years. It is somewhat ok today, but just wanted to give it another day of rest. thanks for your concern. I walked all humped back last week at work, probably should have taken time off then, but everyone schedules their vacation around this time of year, next year I am scheduling.
Hope everyone had a Merry Christams! I sepnd my Christmas with my son and his dad.....it was a wonderful day!! Yep..I'm feeling better and trying to get ready for the Holidays was crazy!! Well.......hope all is doing well.
This must have been a great day for you. All family. Your son must have been the happiest to be with both parents at the same time. My christmas was a little drab this year. Could not meet up with the special one.
The happiest part is that I spent it with family. We will be going for movies this weekend. Any suggestions regarding that?

Hi, Ya'll!! Yep..I'm feeling better. My son was sick after the holidays ( ie..sore throat) and I've been working alot recently. Haven't been on the forums as much as I wanted to lately. How's everyone doing? Miss everyone. Need to 'catch up' on talking to people. Chat with ya'll soon.

Oh Good, i am very sorry to hear that. Take care of yourself and try to keep yourself warm. That might help.
