motion of exemption---what is this form used for?

my pension is the only auto-deposit
going to this acct. i informed the
bank of the credit card judgement
said nothing they could do---
would have to honor-called pension
rep. said mandatory that i have
checks auto-deposit. my question
is can send my checks to another
acct. without me listed as actual
acct. holder or file this
motion i did file an answer with
the court and creditor's attorney
attaching proof of income ...plse
