I was a victim of a fraud debt consolidation company. They took my money and never paid my creditors! As a result, my credit is ruined and I have more debt. I sued the company and won. But, they filed for bankruptcy! How can I get my money from them? Please help.
Not real sure, if there is nothing there anymore, doubt you will get your money. Maybe someone else can come up with a better answer, hang on for someone else to come a long and see if they may know something that I can not. Goodluck, hope This all works out for you.

If the company filed for BK, they probably filed the 'account', that they had of yours, along with the BK. If they did that, then I don't think you CAN getyour money back. I'm curious who the Consolidation company was..can you let us know?
The company's name was Risk Management Partners, Miracle Management Group. The name of the owners were Hyla and Chris--they are a married couple. I heard that they are running other businesses, possibly under aliases. Absolutely HORRIBLE people! I will keep trying to get justice for my case. And, there is always karma for what they did to each and everyone of their victims!

As I said, I would ALMOST guarrantee you probably couldn't get your money back if they ALREADY filed for BK. And I DO agree with you..'what goes around, comes around.'
