I currently have 4 PDLs:
247 Green Street: $693.00
Bayside cash: $300.00 but they have already taken out $360.00.
Magnum Cash Advance: 200.00
Fireside Lending: 200.00
My main problem is that 247 Green Street wants the whole 693.00 by next week or they will call my work about taking it out of my pay. I can pay them half and then half in another week but they don't want to hear that and I can't have them calling me at work. As for the others, I want to work out a payment plan. I have closed my account so they can't take anything else out but I don't know how to go about working out payment plans since most of them don't want to hear that. I'm drowning in these things can someone please help?

Where do you stay? You have to see whether payday loan lending is legal in your state.

all are either offshore,or tribal.they can't call your work at all.let your boss know that a scammer will be calling, and that they should treat them as such.now amy we have been over this before.it doesn't matter if pdl's are legal in a state.the lender can still be illegal.back to the OP.we need the following.

1)how much was debited by each lender until; you closed your account.

btw once you find out how much you truly owe you pay them on your terms, and when you can.do not let them dictate as you only owe the principle, and any debits get deducted from that.example:

you overpaid bayside by 60.00 so you owe nothing.now magnum you borrowed 200.00.they debit 60.00 three times.you only owe 20.00.so check and see how much was debited by each place.i'm guessing it will be similar to bayside meaning you owe little to nothing.if that's the case then you check back, and we will advise how to proceed, but unless nothing was debited you still only owe the principle.

All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Don’t pay them any interest or fees. As you have already overpaid them, so ask them for the refund. You’ve done the right thing by closing down your bank account. Don’t go for any payment plan with them and don’t share any personal information with them.
