I live in Arkansas and have gotten buried with these evil things called PDLs. I need any advice on how to take care of them and what I need to do...

All of your lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the borrowed amount. Since you have already overpaid them, so ask them for the refund. Close down your bank account immediately to stop them from debiting money from your account.
As the lenders are illegal in your state, so you're required to pay only the principal balance and not the interest on the loan.
