Managed to find an ACH revocation letter

I'm a Minnesota resident, and I took out some payday loans when I was sick from work, but now they just keep charging me. I know at least one of them isn't licensed in any state (or so it sounds from my research here), and was wondering if anyone knows if any of the others aren't licensed in a state?
The reason I ask is because I've paid the principal plus some on all of them. The loans are as follows:
United Cash Loans $200, paid $300
One Click Cash $200, paid $300
City View Cash, $225, paid $400
And they are all still debiting my account. I get paid on Friday, and I'm not going to have any money left for bills pretty soon! I was hoping you folks could give me some help? I managed to find an ACH revocation letter here that I want to use, but I wanted to find out which of these were legal and which illegal before I go any further.

All the above mentioned lenders are illegal in your state. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. As you have already overpaid them, so ask them for the refund. Don’t share any personal information with them. Close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.
