Can I do anything to stop the harassment?

I reside in a state where payday loans are not legal. I have online loans that I am unable to pay anymore. Can I do anything to stop the harassment and grief I am receiving? Thanks for any help.

Send them a Cease and Desist letter in writing via certified mail with a return receipt request. After that if they are still trying to contact you, file a complaint against them to the SAG or FTC.
