Has anyone heard of US Fast Cash? And is it legal to make 3 separate debits from my account in the same day totaling 170.00 then taking 495.00 from my account today when the loan was 300.00? Whenever we call they aren’t open or won’t speak to me.
Close down your old bank account immediately and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account. Ask them for the refund as you have already paid them more than the principal balance.
You'll have to contact US Fast Cash directly. These people are basically con artists and are running a scam. The actual US Fash cash will work with you to help you make the repayments without much fuss.
You can inform the the homeland security about this and their contact number is 989-497-0580. Try to acquire as much information as you can and then report everything to the homeland security personnel.
