I am in Ohio and currently have a loan coming due with no more extensions on the 15th with cashnetusa.com. Are they one of those lenders that must offer me a payment plan if I request it?

Cash Net USA is a licensed lender. You can try to negotiate with them and set up a payment arrangement with them. You are liable to pay them the principal amount along with interest and fees.
