Is Cash in a Wink legal in GA? I live in GA and considering a loan after being solicited by them. I know pay day loans are not legal in GA. The customer service rep says they are legal. Can you help?

Payday lending is prohibited in GA. Moreover, Cash in a Wink is also an illegal lender. You owe them nothing more than the principal balance. Simply close down your old bank account and open a new one to stop debiting money from your account.

they didn't get the loan yet so shut up.in the meantime do not do it as they are offshore.that is why the dumbass rep says they are legal.in truth no offshore lender is legal.again don't do it.
